Your laboratory. Your location.

Choose your state or the Federal Capital Territory to prepare a quote request for your location. Browse the same national catalogue, build your product list and tell us where the order would need to go. Delivery arrangements are assessed against the products, handling requirements and destination you provide.

Useful details for your quote

  • Delivery city or town and state
  • Organisation and receiving contact
  • Product quantities and handling requirements
  • Any receiving restrictions or required date
01 / Buying guidance

One national catalogue, with a clear destination

The location pages cover Nigeria's thirty-six states and the Federal Capital Territory. You do not need to rebuild a product list for every location. The same categories, ranges and product requirements are used throughout the site; your destination is part of the request that the team reviews.

A state name is a starting point rather than a complete delivery address. Include the city or town, the institution or company, and enough information to distinguish the receiving site. If your organisation has several campuses, laboratories or branches, identify the one that will receive the goods.

02 / Buying guidance

Separate product needs from delivery assumptions

A delivery plan depends on what is being supplied as well as where it is going. Routine consumables, bulky instruments and products with specified storage conditions need different information. Tell the team about any handling requirement shown in the product documentation and ask how it would be addressed in the quotation.

For equipment, describe access restrictions or receiving conditions that might affect the proposed arrangement. Delivery to a site, unloading, positioning and commissioning are different parts of a purchase. Ask which activities are included rather than treating them as interchangeable.

03 / Buying guidance

Make the receiving contact easy to reach

Use a phone number monitored by the person coordinating the enquiry. If the receiving officer is different, add that person's role and contact details in the notes once your organisation has agreed they can be shared. A clear contact chain helps avoid ambiguity between the person approving the purchase and the person receiving it.

Mention appointment requirements, restricted receiving hours or institutional gate procedures when they matter. A requested date should be stated as a requirement for assessment, not assumed to be an agreed delivery commitment. The confirmed arrangement belongs in the quotation and subsequent order documents.

04 / Buying guidance

Keep multi-site requirements distinct

For a purchase serving more than one state or receiving address, explain the allocation. A total of twenty boxes does not show whether all twenty go to one laboratory or need to be divided among several facilities. List the destination and quantity for each receiving site in your notes or a supporting purchasing schedule.

The product list can still be consolidated, but ask the team to make delivery costs and responsibilities clear for each destination. Your organisation can then compare the commercial scope and approve the correct quantities without losing track of where they are intended to go.

Questions / Answers

Common questions

Can I arrange collection or a local handover?

Tell the team your city or town and the receiving arrangement you would prefer. Ask for the proposed collection or handover point, responsibilities and any onward movement to be confirmed for the actual products.

Can I choose products before choosing my state?

Yes. Build your list from the national catalogue, then add the delivery city and state when you continue with the request. The catalogue is the same across the location pages.

Can I request delivery to several sites?

Describe each destination and its allocated quantities in the request notes. Ask for the quotation to distinguish the delivery scope for each site so your organisation can review it clearly.

Where do I state a required delivery date?

Add the required date and any receiving restrictions in the notes. The team needs to assess feasibility against the selected products and destination before a date can be confirmed.
